Our Client, a world-leading Insurance Services firm, has immediate opportunities to join their growing Corporate Resilience team based in Alpharetta, GA, NYC, and Jersey City NJ, on a Contract/Contract-to-Hire basis.  This position is for a Business Continuity Associate.

The Business Continuity Associate manages the business continuity planning process across the enterprise. The main purpose is to support organizations in the development, management, testing, and continuous improvement of business continuity plans. You will be working along with Project Managers to drive stakeholders in the implementation of corporate standards, processes, and procedures.  Overall responsibility is to reduce risk by ensuring a state of readiness to respond to any business disruption such as power outages, severe weather events, pandemics, and any other potential event.  This position will leverage industry knowledge and best practices to drive implementation of necessary improvements to maintain compliance, enhance capabilities, and mature services supporting the enterprise across business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident management.

Manage recovery exercise planning and execution coordination. Planning and executing recovery exercises such as table tops, walkthroughs, simulations, etc. across business continuity, disaster recovery, and incident management areas.
