Delphi was founded in 2010 with a singular focus: to become Peacemakers in the Talent War

In 2009 the careers of Sean, Rich, and Greg, three experienced staffing professionals, intersected, paving the way for a conversation about a new venture. The trio saw that companies were relentlessly competing for elite technical staff, creating a War on Talent. What these companies needed was a Peacemaker.

In 2010 Delphi-US was founded with a mission to become Peacemakers in the Talent War, serving clients differently by:

• Aligning with the client brand for improved candidate placement
• Quickly and accurately identifying, screening, and securing the best and brightest IT and professional talent in the marketplace

Delphi-US is headquartered in Newport, Rhode Island, and still operates under the founding partners, who remain actively involved in day-to-day recruiting, sales, and operations.
